zid baji Terms and Conditions

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the zid baji website, mobile app and all related services.
• "User" refers to any person who has opened an account or is using the service.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile registered on zid baji.
• "Funds" refers to real money held in a user's account.
• "Bonus" refers to additional benefits granted subject to promotional terms.

2.1 Age and Eligibility

To open an account and use the service on zid baji, a user must be at least 21 years of age (21+). Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. zid baji may request the necessary documents to verify age at any time.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. If the same person or multiple members of the same household create separate accounts from the same device, zid baji reserves the right to suspend both accounts. Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Details

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and truthful. If an account is opened with false information, it may be closed and the funds forfeited. The user is solely responsible for keeping their username and password secure.

2.4 Account Verification

To ensure security, zid baji may request a national ID card, passport or other documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on zid baji can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. For bank transfers, any scheduled bank may be used, including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank or BRAC Bank.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods are available for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour of the request being received.

3.3 Security of Funds

zid baji is responsible for keeping user funds safe. However, zid baji will not be liable for any loss resulting from payments made through third parties or transactions carried out with incorrect information. Only payment methods registered in the user's own name may be used.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

zid baji offers new users a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000 — and before withdrawing winnings from the bonus, a total of ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements and validity period.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the bonus terms are met.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already in progress, unless specifically permitted.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, zid baji reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• Weekly zid baji rewards, slot festivals, cricket season bonuses, birthday gifts and refer-a-friend bonuses — separate terms apply to each offer.

4.3 Right to Discontinue Promotions

zid baji reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice. Any bonus already in progress will remain valid until its set expiry.

5.1 General Betting Rules

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. Winnings will be credited to the user's account after the result is determined. Specific rules apply for sports betting in cases of venue changes, match cancellations or rain-affected matches.

5.2 Technical Errors

If a game result is affected by a software or hardware error, the relevant round may be voided and the bet refunded. zid baji reserves the right to cancel bets in cases of incorrect odds or obvious errors.

5.3 Special Provisions for Cricket Betting

For betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other international cricket tournaments, the official result of the relevant match applies. For Bangladesh Tigers matches where overs are reduced due to rain and the result is determined by the DLS method, that result will be treated as the final outcome.

7.1 Purposes of Data Use

• Account management and identity verification.
• Payment processing and fraud prevention.
• Providing customer support.
• Sending promotional offers and updates (users may opt out at any time).

8.1 Protection of Minors

Use of this platform by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. Keep your devices secured with a PIN or password to prevent minors in your household from accessing the platform.

10.1 Dispute Resolution

For disputes relating to a game result, payment or bonus, contact must be made within 30 days of the date the complaint is raised. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted. zid baji reserves the right to make the final decision on all disputes.

11.1 Closure by the User

A user may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining funds should be withdrawn before the account is closed. Any active bonus will be cancelled.

11.2 Closure by zid baji

In cases of terms violations, fraud, suspected money laundering or other inappropriate activity, zid baji may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. In such cases, funds may be temporarily held.
